Spread your wings, discover Caledonia from the air. There are many ways to enjoy the crystal archipelago: for example, you can parachute from sites in Oua Tom, Noumea, or Kuendu Beach on the Nouville peninsula. Alternatively, you might prefer the safety of a tandem jump: 3000 yards with 40 seconds of freefall before the parachute opens and you experience an unforgettable 10 minutes panoramic view of the sky, land and sea. Blue as far as the eye can see... Medical Certificate required.

Gliding enthusiasts will find a few corners on the Caillou (Rock) to take a chance playing Icarus, paragliding. A discipline that can be enjoyed year-round, although the southern winter is more favourable. The colline du Ouen Toro, (Ouen Toro Hill), on the southern tip of Noumea, is a good starting point before venturing into the skies of the Brousse. Note that most sites are in controlled airspace, please contact the relevant associations - l’AVLNC, Les ailes de la Ouenghi, Plein Vent - before you start.

A guaranteed family adventure favourite: accrobranche (a tree-top adventure area), is also practiced here. Zip line, monkey bridge, Tarzan jump; enjoy the freedom and child like play, while exploring the Caledonian rainforests.
